- 4:00 – 5:30 PM –Yoga Therapy - Overview by Dr. Shriram Agashe
- 5:30 – 6:30 PM –Orientation of the course
Course Format
- Mode: Online
- Duration: 8 Months
- Saturday: 3 PM – 6:30 PM (2 sessions, 1 Practical, 1 Theory)
- Sunday: 6:30 AM – 10 AM (2 session, 1 Practical, 1 Theory)
- Once a month Offline Practical on Saturday
- Additional lecture on weekdays late evening if needed
Eligibility
•Yoga Teachers Course with YCB Level 3 or QCI Level 2 / Masters Degree in Yoga
